SPARKS, NV – December 18, 2006 – Badlands Motorcycle Products, Inc. announced today the completion of its acquisition of all the assets of Maximum Products, Inc.. The transaction was completed on Friday, December 15, 2006. As a result of the acquisition, all products previously produced and supported by Maximum Products will now be produced and supported by Badlands Motorcycle Products.
